First and foremost, whew! June has been our busiest month thus far with the Open mic on June 4th, the “Freedom Summer JAM Dum Dum Didday” Party on the 17th and this past week end ROOTS Fest 2011 in west Baltimore. We really want to thank everyone for their participation, and commitment. To all of the artist, performers, vendors and volunteers thanks a lot from the Cre3sol team. Much appreciation!

If you haven’t been informed before there will be no Cre3Sol open mic for the month of July. As we prepare for the month of August and future months. What is going on in the month of July that we will be apart of is a HABESHA Yard Sale/Final Send off. For more details add Cresol Stew on Facebook.

We will still be updating and posting up reviews of albums, movies, events we attend. Now playing list and of course pushing the projects of local up and coming artists.

Cre3sol is excited to be apart of Roots Fest, a national arts festival being hosted in Baltimore for the 1st time at the “Highway to Nowhere” in West Baltimore. We have stage time for performances and vending space. We will need volunteers to help with both. Our goal here is to continue to provide space and opportunity for young artists to share and network. The hours for the festival are Saturday June 25th 10am-10pm and Sunday June 26th 10am- 6pm. Cre3sol has stage time Saturday 5-6pm and Sunday 3-4pm. If you are interested in volunteering or vending fill out and submit the attached application. We will get back to you asap.

Roots Fest 2011

Peace! After two successful events (June 4ths open mic and June 17ths party) we’re getting ready to close out June with a bang! Cre3Sol will be presenting young, fresh, talented artist at this years ROOTs Fest 2011in Baltimore on Saturday, June 25 (from 5pm til 6pm) and Sunday, June 26th (3pm til 4pm). On both days we will be at the FunkVille Stage. Our features will be Terror Pens and N’Delible on Saturday from 5-6pm and Kriss Mincey and Mercury Movement on Sunday from 3-4pm. We’ll also have a vending table so stop by to say hi!
